Have you ever kept yourself from expressing how you feel? Once the time passes we often feel these thoughts “go away.” Yet, in truth, they become part of our mental baggage which affects our subconscious and unconscious minds.
This workshop will consist of a Kundalini Yoga Kriya, meditation, and extended, one hour long multi-gong sound bath. Each portion of the worship will work to unload the stagnation left within our physical and subtle bodies. You will leave lighter and more in touch with the essence of your being.
