Refunds
At Brooklyn Healing Arts we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality instruments, incense, and tools to everyone all around the world. We strive for each client to be happy with their purchase, but we understand the need may arrive to return an item. Before sending the item, please review the refund and return policies to make sure you are able to return. Before sending back please email us HERE.
Time Frame:
You have 15 days to return your purchase. This is not extended for holidays. We cannot accept returns beyond this date as the product is being compromised.
Discounted, On-Sale or As-Is Products
All Items that are mark down from their original price are non-returnable for refund or exchange. If the item is discounted or clearance they are not able to be returned. If there is a sale, items purchased on sale are not returnable, and any product sold AS-IS will also be non returnable. Only items purchased at FULL PRICE are able to be returned.
Eligibility:
Returns are given if the full price item is returned in its original condition. Each item must have all parts. For example, our Biosonic tuning forks come with a velvet bag and each individual fork is wrapped in plastic. If the plastic on the forks is broken, the return is no longer eligible. If the fork opened is part of a set, then the entire set is not eligible.
Restocking Fee:
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This covers inspection and cleaning of the instruments as it is integral to. Meinl products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Damages and Exchanges:
We fully insure all orders over 300 dollars for the full value. We assume responsibility of the instruments in the case they are damaged upon receipt. If this is the case, email us here for exchange or damage, and return item. Please contact us prior to shipping the item back.
Shipping:
All shipping fees paid on original order are not refundable. This includes “Free Shipping” items. Meaning, the shipping is only FREE if the item is kept. If returned, even though the shipping was deemed free, you will be subject to that cost. You will only be reimbursed for the cost of the instruments returned minus the restocking fee. Purchaser assumes responsibility of all costs associated with the return of the item. Return labels can be requested, but the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the total refund.
The purchaser is the full owner of the instrument or tools until the item it delivered and received by Brooklyn Healing Arts, LLC. If the item is lost in the mail, Brooklyn Healing Arts claims no responsibility and you will not one refunded for the item if it is lost or damaged upon return. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing insurance for these things DO happen.
Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting the instruments, the refund will be applied back to the original purchase credit card. This process can take 7-10 business days. We suggest checking with you bank if any questions arise with the refund timeframe.
Price Adjustments:
We do not adjust prices. If the item goes on sale, and you purchased it at full price, there will be NO price adjustment made. This is final and non-conditional.
