Shipping Policy
Brooklyn Healing Arts works with wonderful artisan makers of instruments from all around the world. Most orders are able to be fulfilled within 24 hours of placing orders. But can take longer of orders are backordered or on delay from supplier. If that is not possible we will try to let you know ASAP. Shipping is done UPS, USPS, and DHL and you will receive the time 1-5 days (typically) after the order is placed in the domestic USA. All orders placed before noon, will be shipped the same day. International shipping rates are estimated, and supplemental costs may incur, buyer can request order cancellation if they do wish to pay the supplemental costs. International buyers should expect import fees from their respected countries. We do not know how much they will be.
Our office is located in Rochester, Vermont and all items are shipped from Vermont.
We do utilize drop shipping for Freenotes, Sansulas, and some Meinl products. These items will ship from Colorado, California, and Tennessee.
We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout.
Sometimes, we are backordered on items, we try to let you know about this in time and have it noted, but Brooklyn Healing Arts is a one person operation. Jarrod does the shipping, ordering, taxes, delivery, purchasing, and everything else that has to do with a business. Small business indeed…
Incomplete and incorrect addressed will be redelivered at the customers cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even on returned orders.
If items is shown to have been delivered but you cannot find it. Contact you post office before you reach out to us. They will have more information than us on the package information or location. Check with neighbors, and family, and even if it could be tucked away.
During high volume seasons, shipping WILL BE delayed…it’s just the way it is. Order early, be patient, and understand I cannot make your package get to you any quicker.
We are not responsible for import taxes if international orders are placed.
Free Shipping is free TO YOU, not to me. That being said, any returns or bounced packages will have the refunded amount reduced by the original shipping cost, regardless of the nature of it being free to you.
We are happy to offer free shipping on most of our instruments when the order total is over a minimum amount. We still pay for this shipping cots and absorb it ourselves. But if you return an item which had free shipping, that original cost will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable.
